4)Run Off with money:I dont need to take money with me to outside Singapore.I just has to be kept as a guarantee amount in Singapore until I return.
Or if any one has any idea how to raise this amount in roughly 3 months plz share it.It's not a joke,I am deperate to get this amount as admission and other things of there are ok.I just need this to get things going for studies. -

Lend u $$$??? Wat assets u have as guarantee if u run road??? u dare put ur signature on a Legal document for a loan??? Even sue u also bo hua u still schooling no assets sue u bankrupt also for the amount after 3yrs u will be an undischarged bankrupt wz the debt written off..... SIAO!!!
Anyone wz a sane mind would not even dare lend such a huge sum of $$$ to a stranger wa u bery thick skin hor or u super desperate!!!

With a Promissory note from your family members as additional security. Promissory note will include repayment monthly schedule for the family members in the event that the FD is confiscated. Interest will still be charge on the outstanding amount. The documents will need to to notorise with all the legal expenses paid by you.
FD still in my name, with me as Guarantor with the sum of $32k in the bank to secure the amount.
I can understand the predicament. However, the amount is not a small sum of $$ and therefore the safeguard. -

I think what he mean is that it was a deposit only. It will be held by the one who ask for the deposit. After he completes his studies and come back, then the deposit will be returned.Originally posted by Devil1976:And what studies you doing? Can't you wait until after next October?
However I feel the better way for this is to use the second option, find someone who have income greater than 5k to sign as guarantor.
But not too sure how this guarantor should be compensated as thanks for his help, or how to safeguard the guarantor also. -
Hmmm...I think maybe can...
The threadstarter can pay the guarantor as thanks for his help, say 3k (or whatever), in front, then as a safeguard for the guarantor, an extra side agreement/ contract will be made between this guarantor and 2 other final re-insurer, preferably the family members/ parents. In the event the deposit is forfeited for any reason, the 2 family members must pay the guarantor.
Like this is another way. With this way, I think it's a better option and more prudent compared to giving 32k straight. In case of scam somewhere by someone.
