Is it stress??

  I am feeling depressed.
  Turning cold under the hot sun.
  Almost shivering when others r breaking out in sweat.
  I am moody.
  Getting upset for stupid reasons.
  I feel like i m choking inside.
  Everything seem so empty.
  Life seem so void of human touch.
  It seems like nobody cares.
  
  Is it exam stress?
  But it isnt as if it's the first time i m sitting for exams n it didnt happen before.
  i m scared.
  I dun know what is it but it got to stop.
  i hav to concentrate since my first paper's on mon.

  Is it a really major exam? Perhaps you should take a little time off from your studies everyday to indulge in your hobbies. Exercising might help too.

  I wasn't even that nervous when i was sitting for my A levels..more like the kind who's heck care..n this isnt my 1st sem it's my 2nd so i dun understand why..i was a bit edgy ytd too but after i went out with my fren ytd nite to relax it felt good. at first when i woke up early today i felt good too. was going to study then after a few lines i couldn't concentrate. Nothing could go into my head as a twirl of emotions took over. I craved for comfort and assurance more than anything esle.
  
  After watching a few hours of tv n letting this out here i feel more "stable" now.Think i m gona try starting to study again.

  Make you have adequate breaks and rest in between studies...
  
  Worry about the other matters after your exams okie...? Perhaps they'll just go away by then...? When you really need assurance, try getting from some supportive friend(s) or your close family member(s)?
