What to do?

2 months ago, I broke up with my girlfriend due to some reasons that she needs space, freedom.
During the 2 months, our communication and seeing each other greatly decreased. I told her when she is ready, tell me. She agreed. Last week, I asked her about her feelings and she replied that her love for me is fading.
Should I hold on to this relationship or let go? I see her everyday in Poly, I find it hard to move on. I am not myself once I see her. And the matter is, she once told me to wait for her but her actions and attitude shows she is actually moving on.
What should I do? -

Sorry to ask but may I know what is the reason for her asking for more personal space??
Nevertheless you can ask her what do she mean by saying that her love for you is fading away. Does she means breaking up?? or does she mean that the relationship can be mended if she is given more space to do the things she wants. Fading away sounds very ambigious, it like telling someone there is still hope. Well, only the person who speaks will know.
If breaking up is the decision, respect it and move on. There are more things to achieve than just relationship.
