What do you do? I have a friend who very sissy one. I mean it's fine with me but when he teh like a girl it'd feel so damn awkward like I don't know if I should treat him like a guy or girl. Sometimes I wish I could tell him,"Eh, you can be man a bit anot. Wl eh, very er xing sia." But cannot mah, cuz fren, don't wanna hurt him. How har?

1stly, there is nothing wrong with effeminate men. It makes the variety and diversity of human life so much more interesting. If every guy was some macho-wannabe MCP male, it would be boring and honestly, quite disgusting.
2ndly, u should clarify with him, if he wants to be treated as a male or a female. U never know, your friend might be transgendered. In that case, according to his wishes, u should respect them and treat him as he wishes to be treated. This is esp important since u have said you are his friend.
Assuming he does say he wants u to treat him like a guy, then treat him like one, but don't expect him to live according to your own social prejudices of gender. A bit of acceptance and tolerance, especially from a friend, is not unreasonable right?
Otherwise, if u cannot deal with the fact that he might be an effeminate male or a transgendered female, u might as well break up friendship with him. He deserves a better friend than one who cannot accepts his friends for who they are. -
have seen some people like that......an race got their ah qua character.....just ignore..............and if you want to help them improve on their image and character...............well you can tell them nicely ....like......tell them........hey you are moving like a woman.......can you help "straighten" and bend them back???? help and motivate them to sway back to the normal character type..........and if they don;t want.......and you can't stand it.....then move on.............if frontal confrontation won't work.......then i take it that they are deaf and their minds are impervious to all forms of verbal attacks.......leave them be then,

1stly since that guy might not be a perv or a despo, it might not work as a motivating factor to revamp his image.
2ndly, society has changed. There are more and more girls who like effeminate guys out there nowadays.
3rdly, if thats the way nature made that guy, whats the point of "being" more manly to attract girls? Anyone he attracts won't be very compatable with his true nature anyway. There will be cracks and strains showing up in whatever relationship before long.
