  My gf was curious about such events, and funny thing is I encourage her to join to widen her social network of friends. I don't think those who joined are the ones CMI, I mean, what's wrong with good qualified people joining in to do some socialising or something. Yeah, there are rich and handsome guys in such events and I don't see why there can't be pretty ladies too. I don't really join such events though I think it'll be fun. I can't join coz I am married to my laptop and having an affair with my server. I even got a daughter, it's my PDA. Yeah, I'm a geek and I'm not too ashamed to admit it.
