If u are feeling so stress, try to get a fren to chat and help u get rid of the anxiety.
That's what I did last semester.. Was so stressed that I broke down into tears a few times in one day.. I took a cold shower, then a fren called me and chatted a bit.. I ate a hersheys pie and drank hot milo, then kicked away the negative feelings and go back to books.
