  How do i console my friend as she just lost her purse with alot of important things in it such as IC, EZ link and ATM card.
  
  How can i make her feel better or how can i help her?
  
  Please help.

  Not end of the world... She's not the only one who have experienced it...
  
  Help her list down the more important items 1st... Get REPLACEMENTs, CANCELLATION for IMPORTANT CARDS...
  
  LIST OUT ways and channels to have important cards replaced.. Sort them out by priority... Get her a BRAND NEW WALLET!! GET the BASIC and EASIER CARDS 1st (eg. EZlink...)... Slowly RESTORE things back to 'normal'! But now with a BRAND NEW WALLET...

  this seems a minor things leh,like that also must console?as for NRIC i am sure the person who pick up her wallet will return it to her if he/she stay near her place but the money might not be in hahaa,that what happened to me leh somemore the IC i lost is my army 11B leh hhaaha WORST right then i also need console leh haha who console me?My CSM? Hhahahaaa....

  That's not the end of the world. She can still get the replacement. Tell her losing these is better than losing something that can't replace. Ask her to be careful next time, no point crying over spill milk.
