i made her dinner in the morning, using a bit of brown rice, its healthier, and she said its tough to eat, its cold, dats no mirowave to heat it up, and its her usual finding " nothing good to say, and say negative things attitude, i really had enough of this kind of relationships, i envy those with easy goin and hip mum, who re like pals with their children, im i the onli one or there re more such cases in yr life

pretty much exactly the same...
ive learnt to just push those comments aside. i dont think she deliberately wants to be mean idk...
i just choose to ignore those stuff i dont wanna hear. or convince myself to not take them so seriously
maybe there are things that are bothering her too?? and thats why she is this way...

ive no idea to your question but i sort of understand.. when i bought my mom a present for mothers day when i was in primary school, i got scolded like shyte. never dare to get anything ever since.
when my friend bought a present for her a few months ago, i got scolded too. and i was like.. huh??? ok, bu yao jiu suan le. -

next time u cook brown rice, ate 3 tb of plain yoghurt.
