  i came back form KL holiday, wow before i went the holiday, i can't even breathe, chest so so tight, heaviness in chest area, so sickly, but funny thing when i am in KL i felt ok fine and well. with no pain. isn't it funny, ever since i came back form KL, i felt lighter and not too bad, now i felt my symptoms is coming again with chest tightness a bit. i am wander ing is it cos by gastric or chest.

  The symptoms should come on and off. The main thing is not to worry too much over it and don't get yourself under too much pressure or stress...
  
  At your current age, so long as you're going for your annual check up or something, it should be quite ok...
