
I am going to KL two days time, but this morning when i wake up i felt dizzy, giddy, so so so sleepy, can't open my eyes and brain. felt so tired very tired and blur. i manage to get up and open up the window to see the sun, and i really felt tired, and sleepy.
CAN GINGER CAUSE U THIS? Last 2 days Sat/sun, i ate a bowl of fish soup that i cooked myself and add in more ginger hoping to get rid of wind in my body, so i sliced alot of ginger and cook with the fish, i seem to enjoy it at that moment. this morning i wake up with sleepiness terrible tired, dizzy. could it be cos by ginger heaty? i am trying to do all i can to stay healthy for the trip. now i am afraid i am going to fail.
