Accidentially entering a house to find........

HAHAHAHAHAHA......
This is some what of a funny story.... I'm cutting the story short so it goes some what likes this. After hanging out with my two good friends, a guy and a girl, at my friends's house, I decided to head home. Five minutes on the way, i find that i left something behind so I went back. Seeing he didn't lock the door, I thought it would be fun to sneak in....
I managed to get in side when he suddenly burst out of his bed room in his boxers.... Put 2 and 2 together......
I lamely said "Hi" and he replyed "Hi" back before running back to his room. After waiting 30 seconds, I decide to not hang around..... I came back to see 3 missed calls from by other friend.
So my overall feeling, I thought it was funny coz we see this kinda things in sitcoms all the time, I was totally shocked coz we're 18, and I have a little bit of feeling like running back for my combat knife.....
Anyway, what should I do next? Call them back? -

so three guys plus one gal
one guy went out to fetch his gal, i was in the kitchen, left a gal and a guy...in the bedroom
