Alcohol Tolerance.

How do you train up someone's alcohol tolerance? Normally i drink with my friends, they'll normally get drunk within less then a bottle of Tiger. And whats more, i hate helping drunk people. They'll start uttering rubbishs, and start 'kpkb'.
Okie.. The solution i've thought of is .. By making them drink more. But this way, I can only see more pukes and more drunkards... -

Switch from alcohol to soft drinks.
Something muz be wrong if they're still drunk.

Are your friends really that weak? Just one bottle of beer and cmi already? Well, if they are, then tell them to take it slow, and have some food at the same time to cushion and delay the impact of the alcohol.

I cant drink
get drunk after 1 glass, feels nauseous n throws up
i found a remedy. After one drink, drink heaps of water to wash it down and I didnt get nauseous or throw up at all -
Drink lots of water before and after drinking alcohol.
Helps a lot in not getting drunk and having hangovers.
By the way, drinking too much in bad for health.

Since we're on the topic... Why do people like to drink alcohol?
I think it tastes bitter and makes my throat feel funny.
And I can never understand why some of my male friends die die must look for beer when we're out on an outing... actually I think I do but I dun wanna say

Drink everyday until you realize you have spent near a thousand bucks like me and found how stupid it could be. Need to do tons of sit-ups to clear away the tummy too...

in fact strictly speaking i've only had beer once.. i had this sampler of 7 kinds of beer at Brewerkz, and the stout was one of them
that place has some strawberry beer too, and it seemed kinda popular when i was there some years back.
