I try not to ask in real life, trying to show that image of being independent and all those. But in this forum, why not? It's free anyway =D

I will go to a shrink when I really really need help to clear the thoughts. Else, I will turn to very close friends for advice if I'm stuck on myself.

Honestly, while I do help people, I myself would never seek help from others. It could be what I would term as "occupational reservation" or "occupational ego", but in the worse of worst, I seek the route of escapade. But I am no coward - in face of danger and stress, I face them head on.
It is a problem in itself, if you realise, but I am not seeking help here actually.

Hmm I used to post here.. maybe quite a bit worrr!... as a teen. Now that I'm older, basically I realize that everything straightens out by themselves at some point in time, so there isn't much cause for worry.

and for AA, i think relationship problems are more expected, other non-rs probs like machiam not taken very seriously.

Ya! I like to ask ppl for help and they almost always help.
