eh help ah guys and gals
nowadays i feel like i going siao liao
dont know is stress or what
my sch stress yes lah agree
but one of my teacher damn mean to me lah
i get easily agitated with what people say
and i get dissed easily now
feel like killing anything i cannot take it liao
will explode one day
i sleep also cannot sleep damn tense
sleep shout in the night like one retarded kid
go see doctor he tmd refer me to imh
sian what to do?????

devote a day or two in a week to do anything unrelated to school.
play game, sleep, wadever.
juz to say, i not saying this for fun.
cuz back in my schooldays i very stressed up oso, about alot of things, so i really skipped school once per week - to sleep, watch tv, sort abit homework and relax. bt in the end, whole school de teachers know me becuz of my constant disapperance act which was backed by my parents.

Oh since u are not in sec sch,if u find your teacher is mean to u,there alway something known as e-mail haahahaa
If cannot sleep,it will be gd for u to do some jogging ,sports etc to make u tired
If u feel agitated to what pp say,it will be gd to ignore them and best try to avoid if possible arbo just give them a taste of their own medicine but it depend on whether your EQ high or low loh.
If still couldn't work then u should try to follow your doc 's advice -
stress can lead to something serious!!

Im sorry. But i think i have to recommend you go see specialist too.
There is this clinic called the Children's Guidance Clinic or CGC. Its a clinical arm of IMH specialize for kids till the age of 18. I suppose you better seek proffesional help before its too late.
The fees is quite cheaper than the private ones... i believe you are still a student...so got subsidize by government. ok... do it before its too late...

Perhaps you just need a GOOD BREAK.
Try to live life at a slower pace for a while. Take time to smell the roses, or practise a little bit of meditation. -
