I would like to bring this to the attention of all ladies. One of my friend get cheated by a man who is working as a property agent, at the age of 50 plus. He told her that he is a Malaysian and therefore never bring her home to meet his friends. He lied to her that he is a divorcee. He was forced by a new found girl friend to break off with my friend. Is a simple story but this kind of case happened many times. We ladies should be careful of such liar to avoid lose of money and many others things.
Beware of such man:
1) He told you he is married man; there is a tendency that he is out to flirt and not going to settle down. He told you initially is to make himself clear.
2) He never brings you to meet his friends. Easy to cut off contact.
3) He never brings you out for fear he will meet someone he knows. If he is a foreigner, then have to be more careful
4) He said many sweet things and does many good things to you. The more perfect, the more have to be careful. In real life nothing is perfect. If he is perfect, chance is he is hypocrite
5) As a gal gets older, the more they have to be careful. I think this kind of liar target mature and lonely women.
6) He never accompanies you during special occasion or during weekend. These special days are saved for his ‘real’ girl friend.
7) He never brings you home.
He never talks about future or make plan for future.
9) He has many calls and sms when he is with you. He never answer phone in front of you.
10) Times are the most important factor. The longer you spend with him and the longer you know him then maybe you can know more about him.
This is not a complete list. These are what I can think of. Please add on if you have others to help all the ‘jie mei’ from getting hurt.
Lastly, my advice is ‘NEVER LEND MEN ANY MONEY’, if dunno how to reject them then act poor don’t let them know how much you have. -

I am young and I am not the person. What's wrong if I know somebody older? I met fer through some club activities. I just put this on the forum to warn all ladies. I hope that such cases will reduce. I hate to see ladies being conned.

Anyway, thanks for your advised to all ladies.
Your friend must be very sad now, must give her your moral support & dont look down on her. When a person is down,may think negatively and talk nonsense ect.... sometimes they also dont know what they are saying.. contriditing behavious. -
This may happen to young ladies too. Maybe he is not after her money but her 'body'. So I think is applicable to all gals. Better be careful, don't fall into men preys. I came across many such cases mentioned in other forum. Usually, they met through internet chatting or in the pub. Of course there are some serious good men but better be careful then sorry.

I get to know this friend through my school attachment. As I am just an attachment, everybody ignore me except her. Although she is 40 plus but she is very cheerful and young at heart. She is very kind she guide me through the attachment and thus we become friends. But I guess I am more mature than her.
