i saw the show kang xi lai le the other day...harlem yu was talking about how he love his wife more than the wife loving him...

think about it..
if he says so, he thinks so.. and if his wife doesn't agree with him, there will be quarrels and stuff...
also, if he starts to think like that, anger and resentment may breed... ultimately tearing them apart...
look at the wife.. will she feel humiliated? he just told the world she doesn't love him as much.. or anything?
opening up a can of worms over something which, if they do know what love means, has no answer for...
love is infinite.. if there is a "love her more, love him less" question, i'd wager they have no idea what love really is... -
In a relationship... there is no such thing as who love the other half more... first of all... how do you guage that...??? Got an instructment to do that???
If Harlem Yu tell the world that he love the wife more than she does for him... then does it mean that the wife does love him but don't love him that much or to the extend that he wanted???
I don't think it really matters that who love who more than the other half... if there is one party thinking of these all the time... then I think he or she would not be happy at all... as he or she will feel that... "wa... I love you so much but you didn't do the same to me... unfair..." then they will never be happy as one is expecting more than what the other half can provide...
In short... in life... learn to give and take... it doesn't always mean that what you give is what you get in life... especially in relationship... this is not an transaction... as long as both are happy... then that is the most important thing...

The issue has got to do with the value of love and who is the person passing the judgement.
If the wife believes that she loves her husband more, but the husband believes otherwise, who is right? It depends on one's value system. -

By material goods?
By amount of physical "exercise"?
By how much time spent together?
