reputable or private?

Hi all, im thinking of taking up a course but the problem is, i do not noe wad institute to enroll?
Those much more reputable sch like MDIS/ SIM or those raffles edu. institute or TMC?
I just wan to get a diploma cert in biz. Is it reli that impt as in which insti we graduate from to employers??
of coz, course fee would be ranging from 4k from a reputable inst. to 2+k from a pte.
Please advice....

so many private schools are actually fronts for people to come into singapore for vice activities...
ultimately, if you actually go to the classes and get the cert, employers may not look at the cert in a good light.. -

just that i think i need to upgrade myself.
for my educational level is quite low compared to peers my age.
but i heard from frens that it is not necessary to go into a more reputable while other said otherwise.
thats why im quite caught in between.. -
Go for a much more reputable one...
If given a choice between the few that you have stated... I will go for SIM...
However, you would have to review what is in the course or what are the modules like... most important is that you are interested in the modules and the modules is able to help you in your career or future career... -

i have been looking thru job ads and most of them wants a biz diploma from a reputable school.
if u can afford 4k, y not pay a bit more and study full time in a local poly?
unless ur results are not that good...
if not, i would advise u to consider local polys first. -
If u want to study at a reputable Private school, then its definitely SIM. They have a arm UNISIM, as well as another arm which offers overseas degrees, such as UOL and RMIT. I used to study there, and even though i drop out from there due to personal reasons, i still think that the organization is run rather efficent. MDIS is also quite reputable. Plus the fact that they have just opened up the rather expensive campus at Queenstown goes to show that they have the finances to last for quite a while, not like some private schools that have the potential to close down due to financial reasons.
I personally recommend u the 2 schools above, but its ur ultimate choice to choose from any school other than those 2 -
Comparing NUS and SIM, confirm is NUS more reputable and cheaper.
But if you are talking about something like studying and working at the same time, private is appropriate for you. For full timers, it is most likely you won't have that time to do the things you want.
However, if you are a boss you confirm choose interviewers from reputable school right?
