It happened to me in the past, when I was in Sec 1, I had this huge crush on this girl. My best guy friend was close to her, and I somehow suspect they are more than just friends. Everytime I ask him, he would say, 'No lah, i like someone else leh.'
A few years later, I found out from the girl that my BEST FRIEND had admitted to her that he liked her. Ever though they didn't get together in the end, i was pissed off enough to cut him out from my life. I was pissed not because he liked her, but because he always act like he didn't like her at all, even though he did, and when I ask him, he always deny it. -

Love is fair game ...of course...so if u and ur gd frd likes the same gal...there are proper way to woo the gal...but if the bastard din declare to u that he also interested and want to woo fairly...then to me it is also a betrayal of trust cos it's like u are in the light while he is in the dark...knowing ur every moves ...Of course if ur frd told u that he likes the gal also...chances are both will woo fairly or one will back out but at least the frdship is maintained...so depends on how ur frd does it....in a gentlemanly way or underhand ^&*( method... -
