I need some proper advice on ways to change her working attitude. I have a meagre pay and i can't support both of us. Pls don't tell me to dump her and move on. I know this may be the inevitable ending but at least i wanna find out on ways to help her before resorting to that.
Any help will be appreciated.

my mom is an housewife...the good thing about it, is...whenever i go home she will be usually at home doing household duties...i just feel that the family bonding is greater this way...
Rather than have both my father and mother go to work and i seldom see them or ......if i do see them, they are very tired and no mood to talk...
What Iam trying to say is..maybe your gf can become a good housewife...PROVIDED she is willing to do her household duties....
You on the other hand must find ways to earn more....
The problem with your gf is she is not willing to work outside...she doesnt like discipline/routine of working life.........

One thing to determine is that is it the job nature that is boring her or is it her own nature ?
As you are her boyfriend, you should know how your girl friend is about.
If it is job nature, help to discover the job that she will be passionate about.
Maybe she is a night person and would be more suited as a F&B manager.
If she is lazy by nature, then you have to talk to her seriously about your future with her and what you need he to do for the relationship to work.
If she is un willling to change, then you have to prepare for the worst loh.
Sometimes, it is easy to laze at home cos you know that some one is bringing in the ham.
But, it is time to knock her out of her comfort zone. -
find a suitable time where u can sit down and discuss the problem wif her. U should more or less know wad's her interest and hobby after a long relationship wif her, maybe u can advise her to a job that relates to her interest so that she will be motivated to go to work. All she needs is motivation and support from you. It's an obstacle for u to overcome in tis relationship, i don't tink u will be a wimp and run away from it.

I was a snr recruitment consultant before and your girlfriend's profile, I came across many too.
By what you have mentioned, her past working experiences and attitude towards the job, she should be very pampered by you and although 28 years of age, should be very pretty right.
Actually is okay to change job frequently but how she handled each job that really counts and you will see how far she can go.
By the way, since you are in this forum, am I right you have already made up your mind somehow, you are not willing to forego her that's why you are here to get confirmation on your decision.
As a recruited, she already been blacklisted.
In employer's point of view, the positon she held before, ya presentable counts anyway employer have nothing to loose because there are so many candidates to choose from whenever she leaves.
As a boyfriend or future husband, you have responsibilities to discuss with her maybe she got challenges with her work but dare not tell you in depth. She is not a money making machine although she earn S$2K+ but both not happy what's the point.
You have debt. Is that your debt or she is in debt too? If the debt is created by you, you are responsible. Budget your finances and let her know your situation. If she loves you she will change unconditionally. Right. If not you know what to do. -

But seriously.. talk to her. Tell her her irresponsibility is not helping in the r/s. It's financially taxing on ur part to support 2 pple. She has play her part b4 she's ready settle down. IF not.. i dun u would want to carry on with her coz tt'll probably drive u to financial ruin. Ok.. maybe not tt bad. But hey.. talk to her.. nag her..
