It's okay to make mistakes. In fact, it's not okay to not make mistakes.
Maybe you're just not "enlightened" yet. It's like playing Puzzle-Bubble, or Tetris, or something that's got to do with repetitive actions. You can play those games 1000 times and yet still not get significantly better, then suddenly one day you go "OH! It's actually much better to do it this way!"
When you next perform the task you always err in, be more observant of your own actions and try to see if you can spot anything that's causing the repeated mistakes.
Being more careful the second time doesn't help. You need to know WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
