How to make myself like my job ah?

i nv like my job and dun intend to be
coz the pay sux, ppl sux, work itself sux

I believe the reasons are simple.. either
1. Routine.. wake up, go work, go home, sleep? weekday too tired. weekend do nothing. or simply work is too routine.. In this case, break your routine.. try finding something to do in order to break this cycle. Can be anything.
2. Fatigue. After you work for some years, you just like feeling a break. Even the best job and environment which u like or super interested in can get to you after some years. For this case, just take a week or 2 leave and chill out somewhere for a while. After that you be ok le.. at least for a while..
3. Interest. You simply have no interest for the job. And working for the sake of working. Just think of $$$$$$~ you will need a lot of that to keep u going~

I really dun like my job these days.
Two of my staff are on long MC. Both are pregnant. Btw, I only have 2 staff... still waiting to hire one or two more.
My boss is a typical woman boss who works typically a woman boss of working. I am so used to working under male boss or women who work like men (efficient, stay focus, decisive etc).
I really drag to work.
And the worst of all, I cannot have a break. faint! -
do u find every single day of you life repetitive? look for a goal and find interests. take up a hobby etc.

quit your current job, do some soul seeking, take a day off, perhaps at the beach, take this chance to reflect upon what you have done for your whole life, ask yourself whether this is really what you want. Keep your emotions clear and under control.. Emotion blurred the lines between reality and the transience.

I am totally burnt out from last Sat's major event. Totally no time to think or relax. Not been resting too.
