3 first because you need to secure cash flow, no money to eat you still want condo/car/girls?
1 after that because love is one of the most wonderful feeling to be experienced. Once you experienced it, you will want to keep looking for it.
4 because it make sense to have a home and since property can be cautiously considered as an investment, and if things don't work out as in turn profitable, at least you can still live in it.
2 last because cars are usually a liability, especially so in Singapore (fyi, cars in singapore are among the most expensive in the world) where you normally have to fork out 1k per month to maintain, 12k annually and 10 years down the road, you have nothing much left to speak of. Those money left in investment funds would yield you about 10% annually, so instead of nothing left 10 yrs down the road, you probably doubled your money instead. But as with all things, if you have a million dollars and dun know how to spend, why not spurge some on cars, that's reasonable. -

car really depends on where i work and where i go to normally similarly with condo, it depends if i use the facilities. i don't really care abotu those status symbols or prestige nonsense, i can't be bothered about what pple think. -
