  May i ask if you're sure of your feelings????
  I am quite sure you'll tell me that those feelings are real.
  Then,
  I also would like you to re-visit your former thread(in Aunt Agony) and re-read your own post.
  I hope you can see the the mistakes you've done and learn something from it.
  
  From your questions, it tells that both of you have never established a acquaintanceship yet.
  What is stopping you from getting the first contact?
  Why are you thinking so much? And imagining things on your own?

  I was once terribly limerant towards a collegue as well and she appeared very friendly to me when i chat her up. But in the end...she doesn't even want to be friends, just hi-bye acquaintances.

  What if you can't get her ? and the whole office knows about it? Your Boss(who is also targeting her) also? What if you become the butt of the co.'s jokes? You are there to work, my friend, to earn your keep. Stop focusing your attention around a woman, especially during work. It is unhealthy.
  
  But if you really want her so badly, stop treating her like a friend. When you see her, be reserved and lay back. It seems your own interest in her is so high. You have to see if her interest in you is high as well. It takes two to tango..and it is her own interest that is the most important. If you become too infatuated with her, you may screw things up when she rejects you. Worse,you may get heartbroken. Control yourself. Judge whether she likes you.
