Have a clear conscience. This is more on you living your life as clear as you want, not as devious as you get. Even if you get the sack, you can hold your head high and know that this company/business does not know how to value their staffs.

Er what do you mean by adapt ?? You Mean follow ?? I dont know about it but it seems so many people nowadays really want other people to follow them or be dominating over them...
for example in my case... My classmates like doing flings and sex around with other friends but in the end they call it all mutual...Whereas me dont do and dont like what they are doing so i avoided them...So it is because i avoided them they are trying to ruin me...
Is this what you tryin to mean ?? Adapt to what people are doing ? -

There are such a thing as law y'know. But you have not elaborated details so I cannot really assess. But I know personally that things can be done to put the bullies in their own place. If u r interested, pm me.

Most working adults face this. Some people will frame fellow colleagues in order to climb the corporate ladder higher. I've met such people during the course of work within the same department. That woman framed, accused, and push blames to me right in front of me and our Superior too many times, until one day I cannot tahan and I gostunt and resign because the office politics she is creating is simply too much for me to handle.. even our superiors cannot solve this issue. Very well known MNC so what.. superiors keep asking me to stay so what.. got very good career advancement which the management promised me so what.. I still tender because I don't want to shorten my lifespan for a few years by working with such a colleague, and knowing that she die die also won't resign.. what make it worse.. my job requires me to liase with her directly most of the times. So I tender resignation. Within 3 months after I tender, she has no choice but to leave the Company because she has created too many office politics, troubles, and too many mistakes in her work. Oh ya by the way, heard from my ex colleague that the post which I used to held is vacant again. The newly joined girl after me left the Company within one month.

welcome to the world of working society where fightings for rank, wicked gossiping among colleagues, office politics took place.. have to know how to protect ourself from the flying darts. By the way, there's no such thing as secrets in office. Everyone will get to know each and everyone's secrets through the gossiping systems. Sometimes I wonder why can't these people shut up and put their spirits in work. Most of the time I tell myself.. I come here to work and earn money, not to make friends or enemies or gossip about other people. So I don't bother those kind of people out there. And trust me, if you don't bother what they gossip and give a heck on them, they'll find you boring and won't create trouble for you again (only 10% of the time). They see you as their Compeitior in higher ranks and post (90% of the time).
