Should I care more for my cca or my studies

  As an average student, u better focus on your studies & improve your grades cos in order to get into the top 5 jcs, u need to get single-digit aggregate.
  The principal will not look at your CCA cos they have too many good applicants vying for these places.
  
  The only exception is when u are presenting S'pore in sports like swimming, table tennis etc. My daughter's fren, a National player was offered a place in RJC, ACJC- he was told he only need 20 pts.
  
  One of her frens tried to appeal as she got gold for choir but was rejected cos they say they don't need so many singers.

  ALL Private school like that 1 lah... don't care if U are Singapore or USA..
  If U watch college basketball NCAA, U think their grades all very good huh?
