relax urself. sometimes daily diet which contains high sugar level might be a cause for it. or might due to ur head sleeping position too. see doctor to check, frequent headaches very serious.Originally posted by alba:why am i having bad headache at the back of my head, is it tension headchae? -
In a bathtub. fill it up with warm water up to your ankles.
Drop in 10 drops of camomile or lavendar oil.
Walk up and down the tub till you are ready to shower and sleep.
If no tub. just a basin and soak your feet.
Throw in some golf balls and roll your soles over them.
Might be the heat and your diet. Your body is simply trying to get rid of toxins and working overtime.
Still, try to visit a doctor and describe your symptoms to be on the safe side.
