How to pass a job interview?

I oways kena rejected de..i tried 2 SAF positions b4 n failed.. Can anyone give me tips on passing the interview?

what position did you request for?
what's your qualifications?
what's your attire when you go there?
cover letter and resume, did your give both of these?
what's your expected starting pay based on your current qualificiation?
did you highlight something that your good at?
how did you sit during the interview? (posture-body language)
how was your hand-writing in the cover letters/resume if it's hand written
have any spelling errors, or grammatical errors?
did you post a pleasant pic for the photo which is to be attached with the resume?
did you list your past working experiences?
did you list some ex-boss whom your new employers can refer to for reference?
what are the questions that the interviewer asked you, and how did you reply? -

qualification requirements, salary, working hours, benefits etc for SAF positions are usually fixed for starters so if you have email or send them everything u have the first phase of the selection programmes is sealed. if u have been even selected for an interniew then what i believe is your performance then that matters.
how did you fare for the psychology test? during the interview remember to mention/ show your interest in the position/ vocation you have applied for with SAF. work on them and your chances should be higher. remember what you do is for the nation and country and remember to put in some patriotism. no matter what positnio or starting rank you may be expecting, have confidence and some level of firm answering/ decision making (even if it may not be the desired or best answer/s) since decisiveness is very important for a man in uniform.
if you really need the answer simply ask the interviewer or call them to check why you have not been chosen for the post.
as for your qualification or qualities suxing to the extend that even SAF dun wnat u i beilieve its BS...age is one big problem and SAF usually wants ppl below 25/24 and has height and weight liimits. -

prepare the answers for the questions that they will ask you..
I was stunned when an employer asked me all the questions that I could think of.. but I tot it was an agency so I din prepare at all.. screwed it up.
Be presentable.
Bring certified true copies and photocopied copies of ur certificates etc, better if u can put the photocopied ones in a file or bind up.
Attach a presentable recent photo of yourself.
Be confident and positive.
Remember to smile and initiate a handshake.

When attending interview,
make sure you're not late.
make sure you're courteous at all times even to other passerbys
make sure u reach there early so you will not feel panick or sweating.
make sure u bring yr own pen along.
make sure you bring a copy of your original resume
make sure you present your true certs in a neat clear file (recommended)
make sure you wear smart attire.
make sure you don't wear any heavy make up.
make sure your mouth don't have any odour.
make sure you greet and offer firm handshake enthusiatically.
make sure u present yourself professionally.
make sure you think before answering any questions.
make sure you're comfortable with 4 interviewers together interviewing you at one long table, each taking turns to ask you questions one after another
make sure you answer relevant answers
make sure you're on eyes contact with the interviewer when answering questions
make sure your tongue is not tied
make sure you speak confidently
make sure you can name your own weak points and personality if they ask you (no one is perfect, some may think it's pathetic if you don't even know your own weak points, you can improve on your on weakness if you know it.)
in my own opinion>> actually other than your paper qualifications, expected salary or past experiences, your character plays a very important part as well. Shortlisting a particular candidate for interview is in fact is trying to find out more about the candidate's personality and character. -

however what i believe very important for me during an interview is the chance to see my working area. i dun know mayb i have been working for a very structured and neat company which has restructured since then. many said that its due to the luxury employees had and the hefty sum of land costs but i believe its the strinkage of demands for some of our product range. this company i used to work for is structured to the extend that when i sitdown to tackle issues in my areas of work, i goes straight to the problem solving part since all information are accessible right from my computer and a powerful connected network with information on the fly and at our finger tips....i see while employees with other companies are struggling to extract information whena problem surfaces. as such i can do more with my ex-company and learn more at the same time. -

there are some things that u really have to answer by urself, no model answer or watever. However, it's the technique of answering ba.
It's quite difficult to check out the working environment to me.. coz most of the time, I was led to a small conference room that is away from the working area. -
If you are a girl, wearing a mini skirt and a low cut top should do the trick. Remember to show ample cleavage...

been to too many interviews lao jiao oredi will not feel nervious anymore..if there's a job that pays me go interview i think i fit the bill

i used to go through interviews even though i was on a job & not thinking of moving even.
just apply for fun & go through, i find that if i'm not in need of a job I always perform better & feel more confident.
It is good to go for more interviews so you won't get easily nervous as time goes by. -
conduct some research about the company and the post ur applying for.
demostrate to ur interviewer ur are really keen and will stay committed to that job.
