Anyways, isn't it good that these teens are killing themselves indirectly with their own actions - I hope all of them get aids and all sorts of sick diseases? I just hope there is no charity that pops up to tell us "old prunes" to donate to find a cure for their issues and the social issues they created. I tell them to go to hell and don't come back.
So flame me for my views. I think people deserve what they are getting for the kind of misdeeds they do.
i hope this is not the way all singaporeans think. I really do not want my kids to grow up in such a callous environment. -
i think, parents have to stop trying to teach morals because morals are just point of views. Parents have to teach their kids that they are RESPONSIBILE for everything they do, that everything they do will have an effect on someone else. If they can get this core message across, it'd be so much more effective than just teaching morals since morals can be changed depending on one's personal POV.

Nowadays people like to justify pornography and masterbation by saying that it is not harmful to other people. Me responsible and wear condom lor. Nowadays got some organization they all educate ppl more on how to have safe sex instead of keep emphasising not to have pre-martial sex.. Bo pian, I think they release they have to keep on with the trend or else more ppl will get STD or AIDS.
But for me I never agree in pre-martial sex. But since the society has changed, they have to cater to the broader group and keep the problem under control -
Actually whether the person is fresh or not doesn't matter anymore (to me), the character is important. If there's such thing as true love, then why does one do something irresponsible to another?
If irresponsibility is done, it can't be undone anymore. Both parties are at fault, unless it's a case of rape. If not why would the girl allow him for it in the first place?
I don't really know, but I only know character is much more important, though looks play a part. If one party really care for another, one can educate, influence and change he other behaviour. Example, if you really love your fiance, you would have your fiance to quit smoking, and change your fiance's negative attitude, etc. Only then will both parties know that care, concern and benevolence are major aspects of love.
Anyway, there're 2 parts of populace in society. 1 part just want to have fun. Another take marriage as serious things. And also another type that goes from part1 to part2, but relationships would hardly last for such. -
