Help - Doctor needed - Difficult to conceive

Hi,
Married with my husband for years, and trying hard to conceive, because we really hope to have a baby. But so far was unsuccessful.
I hope someone can introduce a doctor or somewhere we can do a check up, but preferable the doctor is a female.

Shouldnt u approach a gynae.. i believe every hospital has them. They'll definitely noe wat's to be done.. refer u to appropriate specialists if need be..

If changing Gynae (second opinion) does not help ,
Elseif Change Husband also does not help ,
Elseif Change Sex.
Go for adoption.

It can be really difficult....why not try IVF? but it has a very hefty price tag. Alternatively, u can try to implant ur husband's sperm into someone else. Certain countries have this practise.

I read in the MindYourBody dunno which month 1.. They say that it's the highest chance of getting conceive when you are in the missionary position(man on top). Then after he ejaculate(semen inside your v.), stay at that position for about 15min. That's what they wrote.

i former colleague spent tens of thousands of dollars but yet failed to conceive.
sometimes it cant be helped. -
A doctor will point out why you haven't been able to conceive with your husband only if you let him examine both of you physically. A Q&A over the net may not help if there's a more complicated reason.

Female doctors are hard to come by.
And that means a very very long waiting time everytime you want a consultation or you are needed there for a check up.
SIngapore General Hospital. Centre for Assisted Reproduction. CARE. Try there, the nurses there are very very helpful. Look for Nurse Er, she can explain to you more in detail whats its about. At least theirs is subsidised rates.
Thomson Fertility Clinic. Chief clinician is male who also has another clinic at katong. but his whole family is in the gynaeology. You might want to check out also the Clinic with a Dr Wong who is a very nice old female who I hear is actually related to them. Expensive though.
Call for an appointment first and dont be coy. They are all experience enough and are discreet. -

I know there's one doctor in Geneagles hospital. If I dun remember wrongly, he's Canadian.. but his charges is very high..
My cousin and cousin-in-law were having difficulties for years.. and they decided to consult him.. they successfully had their first baby this year. But it cost them $100,000. -

Errm..I need to mention.
Difficulty to conceive might not mean unable to conceive.
Depends on timing. Luck, mental state and physically state.
Still, checking with a gynae is still the first step to conception.

it's a money world.
for people who can't conceive.. they are willing to fork out so much money juz to bring one child to this world.. but ple who can conceive and have the means to keep the baby choose to go abort.. these ple really duno how fortunate they are. -

if you cannot conceive, you can either adopt or test tube or even get someone to carry your child for you.
wish you all the best that you will conceive and have your own child. -
I am not a doctor. From experience, Stress is the number one problem nowadays provided both are in good health. Try to let it be natural. Relax.

The one at Thomson Medical Centre is quite good but unfortunately he is a male. Sorry.
