  Hmm...I can't help but agree with you somewhat, especially the part in bold. Of course, by no stretch of the imagination would it be true to say every girl behaves that way, but for the disproportionately large number who do, you're better off steering clear of them - I doubt these are people you can see yourself living with for a prolonged period of time.
  
  At the end of the day, you can't possibly be missing out on something you can't see - so until you see someone who exhibits the qualities you desire in a girlfriend/wife, I don't think you should even seriously bother about making any moves on her...
