Im an arse... and looking for help...

Hey guys... I gotta admit something b4 I asked for any help here...
...I'm an arse....
OK, as some of u might remember, I fell out of love a few months back. Well, I just got into another relationship like a few weeks back. I guessed I kinda rushed into the relationship. We hardly knew each other, and we got together. I didn't force her into it, we were both willing parties.
We have been together for like 3 weeks now. She's a really sweet and young girl. She's 7 years my junior. She really cares for me and from what I feel is she has fallen in love with me.
This is where the problem comes in. She loves me a lot, but sadly I can't say the same for myself. I find myself still thinking abt my ex. I still can't really let go of my previous relationship. Maybe the reason why I got into this relationship is just to keep myself occupied. Maybe I needed company. That's why I'm call myself an arse.
Somehow, I feel that I'm being unfair to her. I do not want to waste her time. She surely deserves someone whom is so much more worthy of her love. I feel that I should end this relationship ASAP cos I think if I drag any further, it would only cause her more hurt.
Can anyone advice this arse what to do? This is my 1st time being the bad guy. I've never dumped anyone before. I'm the one getting dumped in all previous relationship... lol. I do not know how to tell her w/o causing a huge impact on her. I do not wish to cause her major hurt. I was hoping to end things in a peaceful way and maybe still maintain as friend if possible. I know it's kinda hard to remain friend, but I really do not wish to lose a friend.
ps: call me what u want... i do not mind the names u call me or whatever. I know I'm in the wrong. but pls.. help me out a bit here...

How close have the 2 of you become now? You need to admit your mistake to hurt, and no matter how you do it (depending on the answer to my question to you), it won't be any less painful.

I dunno also. Im kinda confused myself. Im not being fair to her loh. Some of my friends have said that I should give this r/s a try and maybe things will really work out. Others also say that she's too young for me.
Im kinda torn between the 2. I'm really scared... cos I know how much it hurts to get dumped. As much as I hope that this r/s will work out, there's no 100% it will. And what if it doesn't? It will only hurt her so much more. -

I see there's nothing wrong with this girl. She loves you and she cares for you. Give this r/s a chance to work out. You need to look forward to the future. The past does not matter anymore. Be optimistic. The girl loves you. Be happy with this fact. You dun realise how lucky you are.

I've given it a second thought...since you don't know her well yet, take the time to get to know her better. If she really cares for you and it lasts, you've got yourself a gem. -
Yes, I know I'm lucky to find someone who loves me. But I can't say I really love her though... I just can't get past myself. I'm not a good person nor a good boyfriend. I'm just not sure if I'm actually worthy of her love at all.....

Well, I've met her family... which happened to be an accident. (sent her back home and saw her dad waiting downstairs. so had to play along and act as her classmate). While we were using the com, her family members were talking in some dialect which I don't understand. Then my girl told me "They're talking about you. They say you are a 'sam seng kia' (Ah beng)." Might be due to my new hair colour... Ash Green, looked a bit beng i guess lol. Anyway, knowing that I didn't leave a gd impression on her family members really dealt me a huge blow.
