  He say don wan waste time on me already, but why he like to ask me, "do you miss me?" i've already told him as friends, but he still like to ask that question....i really don't know how to answer his question...
  anyway is my answer important?

  hmm..is he insisting you to be his gf?? If so, if you onli treat him as a friend,answer him with a firm NO but still say that u would like to continue to be friends.If he continues to bother u, just ignore and he will eventually get the message.
  Your answer to 'imissu' may not be important cuz if u dun answer means u don't rite..just my thoughts..

  Maybe what he's trying to imply that as friends, will you miss him? Since he gave up his choice on you, but actual fact that he hasn't give up his heart on you yet...

  he is just hoping that you may have a change of heart and falls for him after a few outings...
  
  i think ignoring him is the best cure for him

  well to me it seems like he's trying to let you go since you have already rejected him.... but he cant seem to let go of your friendship.
  
  but by being friends, he seem to wish to be more... hence he keep 'testing you'
  
  why not make things even clearer? tell him things like if you met a guy you might like , tell him....
  
  or introduce him to you gal pals....
  
  or when he ask you if u miss him again say something like "of course! how can i not miss my bro?!!"
  
  bottom line make things crystal clear that you two can only be friends.

  The jackass is playing games - anything you say or don't say can and will be used against you. IMHO the simplest thing to do is turn the tables and answer a question with a question and deny him anything to hang on to:
  
  "Do you miss me?"
  "Should I?"
  "What's that supposed to mean?"
  "Well why are you asking me if I miss you?"
  "Don't you miss me?"
  "Is there any reason I should?"
  
  et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. It becomes incredibly annoying after a while, and his frustration should be good for a chuckle or two.

  He's not given up on you. I think he's a bit nuts la. He can't take rejection. He likes you a lot. Maybe he thinks by doing this, you will magically be turned on. Every time he talks to you, just tell him "Hey I got other girls to intro to you, you want to know them?"
