Honestly speaking, workplace is a place where those singles might meet or have met their future spouses... But such relationships can be every tiring as how could you draw the fine line across personal and official interests, especially in the same departments...
Decisions have to be made between your love interest and work interest... You would want to have her by your side all the time but at the same time, you can't be rational enough to commit that...
Like what you've mentioned, both of you have just started off in the company and also have a good feeling... Have you tried asking how she feels about you and if she has any boyfriend?

However bear in mind that your career comes first.
My wife has a problem at work. Is that she has a very easy to get along character and thus attracted a lot of bees. Even though knowing she's married. And I can assure you that it is very hurtful towards the working relationship.
Some say dun sheet where you eat. That's very true. -
