We need to consider those victims whom have not reported?
Consider the background of sex offenders. They may have been victims of sexual violence before. Statistics also have shown that victims will be 4 times more likely to become offenders in crime(of any kind, inclusive of sexual crimes).
All these need to be taken into account and reached to a objective conclusion.
p.s : Are we discussing this issue in a worldview, ASEAN or locally?

like MC said, its usually people they know. and people whom they NEVER expect to do such things to them.
and most people dont say anything about it.
they suffer ON THEIR OWN. some people go anonymous and blog about it or go into forums and post it in AA forums because many people dont know what to do or are suicidal after they have been raped/molested/sexually assaulted. they usually dont tell anyone because of several reasons. one being that the person who sexually assualted them is their relative/someone close to the family and most people wont want their relatives to go to jail. or that it happened too long ago and they are quite sure no one is going to believe them anymore. or whatever their reason is, a lot of people dont ever let anyone know they have been sexually assualted. -

I don't think MC mention that you are wrong in any ways. Even to me, you are like fighting for a cause with a flawed mentality.
Don't get mistaken because I do not condone their acts - but it seemed to me that it you are like zealous and extreme in the way you portray your thoughts, devoid of proper rationality much more than your own personal opinion of 'bad/evil' and how you perceive judgement must react to justify those deeds.
If you have watch Death Note, you are probaby like Kira. If not, another good example would be the muslim extremist/terrorist - their twisted ideology is taken from something originally noble, holy and good and turn it into something else.
