Also, after hw many weeks a girl misses her period then can use a pregnancy test kit to test?

do check with her when she last has had her menses.. ask her go count her dates.. then she will know if she's pregnant... singapore got lots of pharmacy around can buy pregnancy test kit... no sweat... -
there are cases where by they miss their period totally for that month. but like what some had said, 32 days after her last period can check if you want.

if her periods are regular, it shld b quite clear when her period is due.
if not, then let her recall when is her longest cycle, e.g. 40 days, then after day 40 if her period is not here yet, then she can b suspected of pregnancy.
a PTK (preg. test kit) seldom gives false results. (up to 90% accurate as they claim)
she can test e day her period is due, as pregnancy hormones prevent menses from coming. a PTK tests for e existence of these hormones.
if its neg e first time, and still suspected of pregnancy, then try again another 3 days after.
if its still negative and her period doesnt come, best to consult a doc. -
Can test the day after your period is suppose to come. But for practical purpose, best to wait for a week or so as sometimes period will be late or irregular due to various reasons such as stress.

a more appropriate term is irregular ovulation. they might not ovulate although they have menses. -
