u need to be careful... cos tis guys is a stalker and could be a big perv... so alert the police...Originally posted by claire_needs_help:thank you so much for all your kind advice. i'll like everyone to know that i've decided to take the letter seriously, because i experienced my own weird deja vu moment this morning. some random guy jogged past me and i knew instantly that it was strangely familiar, his clothes, the music leaking from his earphones... i believe this doug guy is real. none of my friends can possibly have the heart to play such a terrible prank on me.
i'm going to use my own ways to look for doug. any ideas? i thought of hiring a private investigator...
Sure or not...
According to wikipedia...
Many theorists believe that the memory anomaly is caused when one's conscious mind has a slight delay in receiving perceptive input. In other words, the unconscious mind perceives current surroundings before the conscious mind does. This causes one's conscious self to perceive something that is already in one's memory, even though it was in one's memory only a split second before it was perceived.
So trick of mind...nothing extraordinary lah!

If he is a stalker, better inform the police .Originally posted by claire_needs_help:thank you so much for all your kind advice. i'll like everyone to know that i've decided to take the letter seriously, because i experienced my own weird deja vu moment this morning. some random guy jogged past me and i knew instantly that it was strangely familiar, his clothes, the music leaking from his earphones... i believe this doug guy is real. none of my friends can possibly have the heart to play such a terrible prank on me.

actually, i have. When i meet someone, or go somewhere, 10% of the time i would feel that the place is extremely familiar though I've never seen it before.Originally posted by aph1825:The term déjà vu is French and means, literally, "already seen." Those who have experienced the feeling describe it as an overwhelming sense of familiarity with something that shouldn't be familiar at all.
There is much speculation as to how and why this phenomenon happens. Many parapsychologists believe it is related to a past-life experience.
Maybe in his past life he knew you.
Freaky that he is having visions of you in an accident. Maybe you should take some precautions. You never know. I guess I am a little superstitious about these kind of things.
I have experienced it before. When I was in egypt certain places seemed familiar but I've never been there before. Quite wierd but very real. Anyone else ever experience this sort of thing?
