how to tell if a gal only wants to be fren

  knn i always get blamed for going after gals. end up always get the "aiya, she only want to be frens why u go and expect too much" words from various people.
  
  problem is, i want to find gf and i make frens with gals with that intention. gotch problem meh?
  
  pls gimme tells on how to tell.

  ppl is finding frens only, not like u.
  
  ppl is become frens first then when have the feelings or find each other suitable then they stead.
  
  if u like that find gals jus to become gf, i think only some fat chicks will suits u

  let me elaborate. i'm not some psycho stalker who run after every chio bu he sees. i make frens freely with male and female alike.
  
  but if i see a gal i like, i will go fren her first. then try to hang out with her more and more often to see if she is interested. then hor, if e gal reciprocate by looking me up more and more and we get closer i'll "start the chase".
  
  dun be mistaken...when chasing i dun do mushy shit like buy roses or sing with guitar. when i "chase" i juz try to become very very good frens and start showing care + concern without ever expressing "luv" explicitly.
  
  so gotch three stages:
  
  1) fren fren
  2) good fren
  3) care and concern
  
  then hor, if all 3 pass (take 3-6 mths) i might express my feelings. but hor, every time reach 2) or 3) i will kena cold treatment. totally drop off a cliff. then hor, people will say i expect too much from gals.

  yar...gotch some gal i went after...know them better liao realise they are those screw around + clubbing type even though they look veri pretty (i find pretty but pple tell me they not pretty lol. i dun go for universally pretty gals...too complicated. looks not that impt to me also) and innocent. learn a lot from those experiences.
  
  find suitable gal really damn hard. but i'll keep trying! funny thing is, my frens find gf like damn easy...almost without effort can stead...dunno why.

  let nature take it's course.
  
  there's no use running after, or chasing after the "attached" status, cos in the end if you do end up with a gal and if it's not the right gal, you'll just end up in a nasty breakup.

  If u go into every friendship expecting something will come out of it, nothing will.
  
  Girls can easily detect if you are interested in her, and if u give her that type of signal right from the start, of course they will avoid u as if u have SARS..
  
  Just be natural, be yourself. Message her from time to time, and not every single minute or second. Talk to her in a way as if you would talk to anyone.

  YAR! Its so hard to find the right gal! "Attached" is useless if its not the RIGHT now. There are also people who try and get gfs just for sex. But I think going geylang might be cheaper...hahaha.

  Maybe Singapore culture different ba. Other countries (esp western ones) they are quite open to the concept of "looking for dates". Gotch speed dating, singles gathering, online dating etc.
  
  Normally we just see whatever gals (or guys for the ladies) we are interested in at social gatherings and try to chat him/her up and then subsequently ask them out on dates if they are willing to "try us out".
  
  Here so innocent one...know opposite sex purely for frens onli. Of course we gotch frens of the opposite sex totally not interesed for gf/bf also. But we also freely make frens for gf/bf purposes.
