  Dun worry too much abt it. It is not as siong as you think. It is oni lehcheh to go after work nia. haha.
  
  Since you are weak in the running, you will be put into the running group. It's a gradual workout to allow you to hv time to improve on ya running fitness.
  
  Take it as a routine running session u always wanted to do but procrastination wins over the mind.

  yeah... running is all abt mind over body kinda thing...
  
  but my 1st instinct refuses my mind to do so... thou it seems easy in the past... Gosh~!! 2-3 yrs since I ORDed only~
