Travel in Singapore...

  Hi
  
  I am going to Singapore for one week, where should we go around town at night time? Must be safe place...Any nice club or pubs (+30)? Any advice?
  
  But will also like to book tours to travel to Malaysia. Should I book from Aus or just wait until when I arrive there? Any travel agent to recommend? (just budget travel, please)...

  Singapore is generally safe. of cos dun test your luck by getting pissed drunk and wander in the back alley.
  
  Nice club or pubs? depends on what you really like. i assume you mean you are >30 y/o. Nice chill out places for that age group includes Balaclava. If you like clubbing, you can check out Velvet, MOS, or St James Powerstation (there are a lot of young people in these clubs though).
  
  As for tours to Malaysia, i would think there will be more choices in Singapore than Aus.

  Here is Aus, there are a few clubs for different groups...like for young professionals, for 30+ or 40+, singles or for some type of music, no smoking allowed, ID carefully checked. Very safe and nice atmosphere...Bad manners will be removed immediately! I think there could be the same in Singapore.
  I do not drink, like fine dining and listening to music...travelling, culture exchange...so will not go to a "crazy place"...

  Fine dining. Usually our clubs dun serve proper food. There are a few nice restaurants around. You can check out One Rochester or The Cliff at The Sentosa. Really nice place
  
  Places for young professionals, Balaclava will fit the profile. there are afew other watering holes which are pretty cosy too, but i havent been there lately, so wouldnt recommend. Another place will be Sky Lounge of MOS, but think it is for memebers only? i am not a member, usually a guest.
  
  No worries, i dun recommend crazy places
  
  p/s: if you are keen, you can check out pure room of MOS. Quite a cool place too!
