How to manage your team leader

  Please help as I am facing a dilemma to mange my team leader who dun really help in daily operations but want to do projects only. In the end I had to do 99% of the operations.
  
  Is there a way to make her do the operations (NT/Email Administration)?
  
  Also how to manage her. I read alot of books but to no avail.

  Before you do exactly that, you might just wish to your HR or next immediate superior in the hierachy? Anyway, if come to vain, you can just quit anytime you want to? But IDEALLY, you should get a NEW JOB available in hand 1st? Job Market is bad now you know?

  Give her no face, give her e same expression she give to me. A eye for a eye.
  
  One of my colleagues recommended me to Fxxx her out. I see her I got no appetite to do it.
  
  Another way is to challenge her in her principles.

  An eye for an eye will only work if the other party is affected by it. Otherwise, you are only wearing yourself out by doing things like that.
