Should I go back?

Need some advice please.
2 years ago, I worked at this outlet. Some things happened during my short period of work, careless mistakes and screwed up. Then after my initial work was over, I approached the supervisor and asked if there was still a vacancy. Then there was and he accepted me again. Then some careless incidents and made him angry. So I left after my required work period was over.
Now, 2 years had passed. Recently I contacted a friend who I met during work there, she said most of the people there had been transferred somewhere else. Including all the supervisors I was under and the manager, as well as many other employees.
Now my long vacations are approaching. I'm thinking of going back.
There, I had good and bad memories. Had friends and a few 'enemies'. Was bullied by some of the more senior employees. Not in a extreme sense though. I just ignored them if I could. A few guys hated me for some reason and I disliked a few people. But most of the people there are very nice.
All the good and bad memories are there, and I still remembered the store layout very well (not a valid excuse, I know). I admit I was extremely careless and 'blur king' 2 years ago, when I was still young (waiting O levels). Didn't put my heart into what I was doing.
But now 2 years had passed. Now, should I apply for job back at the branch? I don't know if I'm blacklisted by the company, or are the people who disliked me are still there (I know some had left).
This particular branch had all my good memories, as it was my first workplace (first job, damn blur and childish). A few acquaintances there (2 years no see).
I used to work service then, and I'm very bad at customer service (personality maybe). I want to apply for a job in the store.
Should I apply back at the branch, and if successful should I accept?
Or do you think I should try other branches? -

Is that job so attractive that u need to go back to it? why not look for a better paying job. -

This supervisor and branch manager been transfered out.
Work environment is good, and pay reasonably high ($4 plus an hour?). -
$4 plus an hr is not really that high now. Grab a copy of the morning papers and you can see jobs available there. Its better than going back there where it seems that you have been humiliated.

if its a part time job, i say go find other fields to work at instead. gain more exposure to different fields...

Even $5/hr is considered meagre now. You should be looking for better prospects even for a part-time job.

Never mind your past experience and poor work performance. They should never even be considered at all to determine whether u should go back. What matters more importantly is what skills you can learn should u return to work for them and how you can contribute.........
U may want to oso consider whether the job matches what your career plan.

i also kept going back to my first job.. i started working since after my 'O's.
until one day i realized the feeling is gone.. i did not feel the sense of belonging anymore.. and to me, ren qing is very hard to repay.. they kept asking me to go back, coz they always tot im very capable and confident..
but maybe over the years, i have changed.. and maybe they changed too.. not so close with colleagues anymore.. and i realize the job dun suit me at all..
ever since i left the job, din really contact much with the colleagues over there.. now, really lost all contact.
getting a new job will allow you to have new experiences, meet different kind of people etc.. then next time u will have more to write in ur resume mah. -

Thinking of calling up a few branches see how. Think I might pop by the other outlets, see the environment first. The customer flow, the 'feel' of the place.
Is it worth to go back to somewhere where you'll risk being scolded at for something you done 2 years ago and for a few friends? Sigh.... Perhaps it's not only that branch, but the area that brings back memories (used to frequnt the area often when I was a kid). Emotional attachment I must try to sever?
Or maybe asking for job at other branches will be better. Pay's same, work's same.
If I work at my old branch:
'Reunite' with old friends
Brings back good memories
Know people there (a few)
Bring back bad memories
Risk getting scolded for things that happened 2 years ago?
I like the 'feel' of the area
Lesser customers than most branches, less stress
Know the style of work flow there (manager changed, don't know if style will)
Other branch:
Meet new friends (hopefully
)
See new things
New town, new 'feel'
New start
Need to readapt
At least no bad memories
