I ish feeling sad & Confused

met the girl who i liked last time after so long... we used to be close... she got attached 6 mths ago and did not tell me... i found out thru others... she use me abit aso when she got issues...
after 6 mths of no contact, i saw her n her guy yest... we din make eye contact or what but i did see them when they entered the place and i also know she saw me caus the place quite small
now feel so weird... after so long c her now thinking abt it... and i have to encounter this kind of situation on a weekly basis from now on...
how to stop this lousy feeling?
feels like i made progress in getting over it these pat 6 months... but now tt i have to c her veryweek seems like i cant make any progress and it will only go backwards...
haiz... any suggestions?

Come on,u allowed urself to be made use of.

You said she was just making use of you... Why shouldn't you be over with this kinda person? I understand what you mean... like once you liked/loved somebody... that feeling will forever linger in your heart. It can fade away slowly but the person will always be someone special in your heart. In this sort of situation, it's always better to appear magnanimous. You know, like when you must inevitably walk into her path, with her man, you should have initiated the 'hi'? It will erase any future awkwardness for that matter of fact and you could probably maintain that 'goodwill/causal friendship', even if you reckon that a relationship with her is impossible?
Like Devil had mentioned - shouldn't it be easier on your part to get along with life, since you had classified her as someone who 'took advantage' of your kindness?

bf would quarrel with her over me
would sms her first thing i wake up and last thing before i sleep..
told her i liked her but she wanted only to be friends..
because of her lost some very close friends..
