  Just FYI about nursing bonds as far as I know
  - the hospitals want 2 persons both of which are of a certain age and earning a certain income so that if the nurse breaks bond - the guarantors have to pay back every cent.
  
  If they are above the age limit - instant disqualification.
  
  If they are earning below the set limit - instant disqualification.
