Look at it this way.
If you can make yourself taller, then others can make themselves taller too.
You will still lose to them, because there will always be a lot of people taller than you.
You will be back at square one.
You can be a big guy.

for me, i've growth problem. my doctor says that im allergy to food. im 2.02cm 19 tis year. my family isnt very tall at all ard 170+cm. how i would wish if i was as normal as everyone out there.
like i say, swimming improves and helps to strengthen ur bones and lengthing them.
Most importantly, height isnt a matter at all. what most concern is your character. take care and do not worry about the past..

I'm only 1.6m, I've got lots of great female friends and guy friends. They joke about my height and I joke back about whatever things they have. Don't let it affect you, be proud of your height! When I see my friends getting uncomfortable in cabs or other shiit stuff I would say, so tall for what...
But I know people are getting taller, but we must feel big and confident about ourselves lah... -
Oh yeah forget to add me, my present GF has a 1.75 guy chasing her, but she stuck with me because I always can make her laugh and remember all the little things that she likes.

Hi, I'm 1.58m too. Felt the same way as you last time. But I dont feel like this now. Coming to 28 this year. For me, I just can't be bothered anymore. I don't care about what people say about my height. When your personality is nice, people will come to you. This is a fact. As for your gf situation, not every lady is like this. Those are just ladies who look for outer appearance, or money. My thinking is still that so what if I'm short, I live for myself not for others. Being short doesn't mean we will cause harm to others. i wish i can..but my is spine cord..i m phsyically disable... every P.E i only can sit and watch others play...

At my workplace, I work with coolies from Sabah and Sarawak. Because of their diet and genes, they have quite short heights. Some are even shorter than you though they are in the prime of their lives.
But they don't look short. Why? They have extremely fit and buff bodies that more than compensate for their short frames.
I am taller than all of them save one, and I am not even 1.7m. Imagine that. Yet, some of them look taller than me though they are a good deal shorter simply because they have bigger chests and arms etc
If you can't grow taller, grow more muscles. You will definitely look alot bigger than you actually are. -

ok I'm only 171 but I've been working hard to build up my body for 3 years now and I've achieved a lean and muscular physique. Every now and then both male and female friends compliment me and I feel damn confident and good about myself. I think you should try it too.
