  Ask him out for dinners, movies something...dun be too aggressive and scare him off...
  
  Try to get to know him better first...
  
  Know what type of gals he likes, whether he attached or not...
  
  Then you will know when you can ask him to be your boyfriend already...

  Back in secondary school, i didnt had the girl(or the other way round) not because i didnt like her but i lacked the ability to detect the hidden meaning of their games till many years later when it was too late. That is a true tragedy
