How to start a relationship with a girl?

There's this girl I really like but I don't know how she feels about me. Should I tell her I like her? How should I tell her and how might she react? Any advice would be useful.

You can choose to tell her, or you can wait to understand her further to see if she is receptive to you or not.

Are there guys that will tell you to go for it (when u ask him for advice) just because they wanna see you get rejected.
Or even if they feel u will get rejected by they still tell u to go for it. So that they can laugh at ur plight or make fun of u.

BTW, i got a qn. What if the girl you like is a very shy person and you know that she will avoid you(or even be scare of you) if she knows that you like her.

The key to your success stems from whether she likes you, doesn't it? If she likes you, you'd still succeed no matter how shy she is? hmm start with calling her often if you have not already done so. i rem everytime i first call someone i like or the person who likes me call me... its kinda fun... u get a fuzzy feeling!
then find an excuse to go out with her... then everything will go on from there is there's genuine attraction! -
introduce the girl to ME, then i show u how to start a relationship with the girl.
