Breakfast eat at home, mostly 2 bread and 1 cup of milo.. recess i eat 1 egg bread or fruits or even skip it.. in the afternoon don't eat.. maybe snack a little back

not avisable to skip meals for lunch.
at the start of the day - have an healthy breakfast - creals, milk; porridge , yu tiao & tea
tea break - slightly a bit of small little items like fruits or anything healthy
lunch also MUST eat, but eat those organic food (preferbably) ask for less oil and other less of (unhealthy stuff - depending on what food you order)
tea break eat again - maybe biscuits and a cup of milo or tea - don't use coffee (it will stain the organs inside our body thus with the layer of coating, our organs can't absorb the nutrients and vitamins that we have taken in)
dinner - eat slightly lesser - you don't want to have a bloated stomach and go to sleep.
when a person has a bloated stomach, the person can be sleeping, but the organs are not resting nor doing what they should do (self-detox for both kidney and liver at certain FIXED time of in late mid-night)
so the order should be
breakfast - eat the most

so that you have enough energy to kick-start your day
lunch - moderate amount
dinner - slightly lesser than moderate
in between tea-breaks just have some healthy food to pop inside your mouth for stomach to not feel hungry so you can concentrate better.

Why skipping meal is not avisable
when you skip meal (most often it's those who wants cheap and fast way to lose weight FAST) often use this method.
it's a wrong method.
why - when we don't consume anything, our body still needs nutrients and vitamins to function (if not we will have no strength etc) than if we skip lunch, we our are VERY SMART - they will take the nutrients from our muscles [because it's the source of proteins and other vitamins etc] followed by calories from our body fat (maybe just a few percent)
that's the reason why when people skip MEALS, they lose weight VERY FAST, but often those that 'successfully' lose weight will appear to be weak, green/white sickly face compared to a healthy blood flowing slight red face
Muscles - it's like metal, which is very heavy yet taking up little volume [we can lose weight on the scale but see no physical changes in our body shape]
FATS - it's like feathers, take up a lot of volume, but super light in weight. [we can see a very obvious physical change in body shape but little changes in the weight]
which one do you all want?

(those who are interested in knowing more about slimming, can just let me know, since my friends have tried a lot of ways to lose weight/change their physical appearance - but end up in failure, so i might be able to share with you people on what to avoid.)
so while we lose weight, make sure that we lose the correct stuff, and not the muscles that we need to keep our body functioning.
