just submit online complaint to CASE for they still ask me for money though today go post to get the letter of saying of the cancellation...super pissed

I am another victim of this pressure selling tactics employed by the studio. Bought the package with them as well and now really regret it. I only have myself to be blamed and currently, I am thinking of going through Small Claim Tribunals as well if the studio does not allow me to refund my package.
Question now is, can the studio be charged through Consumer Protection Act?

My current situation is I have just purchased the package from them last Friday. The payment has been charged to my credit card through 1 year installment. As my card do not have enough credit to accomodate the whole sum, a portion of the cost is being charged through my debit card.
Right now I am wondering if it is possible to get back the full refund and how to make them void the payment.
