Never thought of being late for work for a couple of times = low efficiency & low productivity...SMLJ.....
Fcuk....working late almost every day, out entertaining customers, wasting time, energy & health doesn't even exchange back a few words of encouragement or appreciation....

Job frustration will always overwhlem any sense of job satisfaction but it exist everywhere, nor is it anything new for anyone who worked before. as the saying goes:
You can only choose the company, not your boss or those you work with.
Then again you can always try to look for a new job, but that too has it's own set of problems again. But the most important factor of any consequence perhaps would be if your work affects your health, then you are better off doing something else. -
