That is not a way to treat a friend in need of help - regardless of the gender.
Try to find out wad's wrong from her and help her whenever possible ba.

When a gal want to share her problem to you, do lend her your shoulder. It's not everyday a gal want to share her problem with you unless she's ur sister/mother or very close friend.
You blew your chance big time.. most likely she wont ask your help again.
What you can do now is to continue being by her side. No point apologizing anymore. The more you apologize the longer she will remember it. but dont worry she will still remember it if you dont apologize.
Anyway, what kind of problem are you expecting? -

That princess of yours seems to think that the whole world revolves around her. If she's feeling sucky today, you should be feeling sucky as well.
It's not your fault when you didn't instantly pick up her moods (esp when talking on the phone)
